Inside the machine, by setting specific high - temperature and high - pressure conditions, the epoxy resin in the prepregs softens and flows, filling the tiny gaps between the layers to form a uniform bonding layer. Meanwhile, the applied pressure ensures that all layers fit closely together, expelling air and impurities between the layers. After lamination, cool the board to room temperature, and the softened and flowing resin gradually solidifies to form a stable multi - layer circuit board structure.
